Happy Pride Month from Team H&S! We are fiercely proud and protective of having a phenomenally diverse team here at the agency. While June marks the beginning of Pride celebrations around the world, today (and every day) we strive to create a more safe, inclusive, thriving workplace. Being an ally is a deep, personal commitment, which has allowed me to become more empathetic. Engaging with people who may appear to have a lot in common with me but who may have very different challenges and perceptions than I do, has made me grow personally and consciously to address my own bias.
