Meals from elite urban restaurants (e.g. NY’s Eleven Madison Park and Chicago’s restaurant group One Off Hospitality) are traveling long distances to reach customers. The pandemic has introduced limitations on in-person eating and plenty of suburban diners have found themselves too far removed from metropolis taste/look/feel and vibes to cease the opportunity. So, city restaurateurs are developing inventive methods to get their sort after meals into the hands of suburban consumers.
